Paul will guide us through wines from 3 different countries: Australia, South Africa, California. Amusing anecdotes and wine history. We'll also drink these wines with dinner, after his very entertaning introduction.

In 1977 Paul Tracy left the mists of London to live in France. He has spent most of the time since in the wine and spirit trade, travelling the world buying, selling, tasting, enjoying this fascinating and infuriating business. Six years ago he set up Fine Wine World - www.fine-wine-world.com - importing wines from 15 different countries, New & Old World, into France.

He has just written what he refers to as an international wine thriller , RED CURRENT, which he will tell us more about on Sunday whilst we taste wines from the Fine Wine World selection. Perhaps we can also convince him to tellus a little about RED CURRENT

Farris Smith, Bassist will perform after dinner in different styles. Farris came to France to explore the jazz scene in a country that truly respects and continues to open it's arms to the exploration of this American art form.Visit: www.farrisjazz.com
