Earl will discuss our need for a clearer kinetic consciousness, developing a better understanding of body energy and kinetics, alleviating stress and relieving discomfort, how to gain a wider range of motion (flexibility, gestural mobility), to reassure our physical equilibrium and mental harmony, as well as how to develop our capacity to be more receptive to life around us.
