"DECISION MAKING EASY PEASY: GETTING YOUR LIFE THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO BE."

Have trouble making decisions? Come and try a simple method that helps you to identify criteria, prioritize, and then plop in various options and weigh them against what you said was most important!

Great for deciding what country or city to live in next, which career opportunity suits your needs, which house to buy, or apartment to rent. The handout Decision Matrix is a simple and powerful tool to aid you in this process. Bring your current decisions, and we’ll take some examples from the group.

Rebecca Castleton has a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and over 20 years of experience as a Career/ Life Strategist, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Teambuilding Specialist, and a Branding/Naming Consultant. Her vision is to help individuals, teams, corporations and brands to understand who they are, where they want to be , and how to get there. Her career background includes positions with Landor Associates-the global branding firm and Lee Hecht Harrison- the international career development and executive coaching firm, and she has worked as an independent consultant for more than half of her career. For the past six years, Rebecca has lived in Paris and she spends two months each year in San Francisco. She works with clients throughout Europe and the US, as well as Asia, Canada, and wherever else there is a client offer.
