When we liberate our breath we free our lives of blocked energy and thoughts that stand in the way of our potential in every area of our life. Many ancient tradition recognized the physical, emotional and spiritual healing power of the breath.

Margot will address some ancient traditions from Philo of Alexandria who wrote about the breath over 2000 years ago to the ancient yogis and rishis of India, as well as teaching some simple breathing techniques, to demonstrate the power of this seemingly simple function and how it can help you improve all areas of your life.
