I've talked with Earl Ferguson about Chinese Traditional Medicine and ways to apply it to daily life. He showed me some simple techniques that, right away, increased my energy and, IMPORTANTLY, relieved stress and anxiety. I asked Earl to briefly share some thoughts (and techniques) and the philosophy behind them, in a simple way, that will help us all to work towards feeling better and enjoying life more
This time, I asked him to go a step farther, so that we can see how we can also heal ourselves. I was amazed when Earl shared connections between Chinese Traditional Medicine and Quantum Healing (What is often referred to as "The Laying On Of the Hands." ) Let's learn some simple tips.that will, in addition to increasing energy, help restore our own health. Earl Ferguson, an Afro-American from New York City, has been a gymnastics and motion fitness coach for more than 30 years. Earl is an avid practitioner of Chinese Traditional Medicine.
